COMPLETIONS OVERSIGHT

Buying a brand new aircraft offers several benefits, including the opportunity for complete customization. Our Completions Oversight Management encompasses everything that separates the shell of a "green" aircraft off the assembly line. We will assist you with oversight during the design, selection and installation of the cabin configuration, or layout; the seats, carpets, sidewall treatments and other furnishings; entertainment and communication systems; galley and lavatory fixtures; the avionics package; and exterior paint. No matter what the scope of the work may be, the process is time consuming and very decision intensive.

PRE-BUY INSPECTIONS

During a pre-owned transaction, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of conducting the pre-buy inspection on the aircraft. The facility will complete the pre-buy inspection and issue a list of airworthiness discrepancies. Thereafter, the seller will assume the expense of rectifying all the airworthiness items. This is where ZAERO INC. will act on your behalf and ensure that all airworthiness discrepancies are cleared.

    We will ensure all the necessary information on the technical condition and history of your chosen aircraft is provided to you. This will allow you to make an informed decision regarding the true value and technical status of your chosen aircraft.


    We will provide oversight and assistance with the bid process for facility selection, pre-purchase inspection, technical acceptance, final closing and transfer of title, with on-site support and representation if desired by the client.


    In some cases, this pre-purchase event aligns with an opportunity for new equipment installations and improvements, which can begin as soon as the transaction closes.
